10mL Amber Serum Vials, PRE-WASHED, 24x50mm, 20mm crimp finish, USP Type 1 Borosilicate Glass, Ream of 179 pieces.

Manufactured using USP Type 1 amber borosilicate glass (Gerresheimer). Lot traceability for all product sold to comply with cGMP and 503b, cGMP and other regulatory documentation requirements. 

10mL pre-washed vials = double bagged for autoclave sterilization

WASHING : Performed in an Italian made (Cozzoli) vial and syringe washer, designed to wash, rinse and purge with air. The washer is made of 316 stainless steel and has a PLC (programmable logic controller)  to control the wash cycle with up to 9 program recipes for individualized washing conditions. Manual loading and unloading enhances visual inspection to assure compliance to quality criteria.

Gerresheimer uses high temperature HPW (highly Purified water) and filtered air to feed the machine. Washing operation is performed inside a controlled ISO Class 6 room environment. No detergent is used since this product is an unused glass container (detergent is only recommended when you clean 'already used' vials). 

Any new washing process is submitted to a validation execution protocol to establish process conditions and reliable & consistent operation.

 
The vials are already bagged and do not have any cardboard used in preparation (cardboard cannot enter the cleanroom). The plastic vial ream is inside the plastic bag and measures approximately 15" L x 10.5" W (excluding the plastic bag excess). The vials come in bagged reams of 179 pieces
