13mm SNAP ON style vial stoppers, manufactured in the USA using gray chlorobutyl rubber, for vials with a 13mm crimp finish and blowback feature.

13mm SNAP ON style vial stoppers are normally used on smaller 2ml vials and 3ml serum vials. 

NON-sterile ~ the user must wash and sterilize, as required, to meet applicable industry standards. 

13mm snap on vial stoppers offer the best sealing for serum vials manufactured with a blow-back glass finish. A "blow-back" neck  finish is a small ridge on the interior of the vial neck. These snap-on stoppers lock into the blow-back ridge, allowing for a more secure seal and helps prevent the stopper from popping back out.
