SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
A). Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via US Priority Mail, US Express Mail or Federal Express with tracking. DIRECT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.
B). Customers outside the USA are responsible for Customs Clearance unless you specifically request Customs Clearance from us (currently available upon request for Canada, Australia, Italy and much Western Europe). There are additional fees associated with this service, so you need to ask for a quotation in advance. We do not give refunds if goods are confiscated by Customs or returned to our warehouse. It is entirely the loss of the customer (YOU) if you are unable to receive your merchandise due to refusal or confiscation by any Customs. Upon request, we can ship to a Customs Clearance Broker in your country directly to help you process your shipments through Customs.
C). Products ordered in error by the customer are not able to be returned under most situations. In the event that we do accept a return, the customer (YOU) must receive written RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us. Any requests for an RMA must be made in writing within 10 days after receipt of merchandise, but will not guarantee an RMA will be issued. IF we accept a return, you must follow our specific instructions. After receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the product(s) you have returned. THERE WILL BE NO refunds for any product that has been opened, defaced, marked, or in any way changed in appearance in comparison to when it was shipped from our warehouse. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS on shipping charges for returned packages (neither outgoing shipping to you NOR return shipping charges back to us). THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE GOODS VALUE RETURNED (shipping is not refunded). There are NO REFUNDS for goods returned without our written authorization and an issued RMA.
D).IVPACKS LLC does not grant payment terms to any public or private entity, except for Federal, State and Educational clients. All other customer types must pay in advance.
E). Many of the products on our website will have a Certificate of Conformance (C of C); others will not. If your organization requires a C of C for any of our advertised products, please be sure and address this requirement BEFORE you place an order. This requirement for an "advanced inquiry" for product documentation may include, but not limited to, any requests for: Certificates of Conformance / Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Origin (COO), Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS), TSE/BSE Statements, and Certificates of Free Sale. If you require a document that is not available, and the request was made at any time after the order was placed, there is a 20% restocking fee deducted from your credit for returned merchandise. Shipping charges (outgoing or return) are never credited when goods are returned (unless the product received was not ordered by the customer).
F). All shipments must be inspected by the customer on arrival. Damages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.
G). Many of the items offered by IVPACKS LLC are obtained through privately contracted manufacturers. We do not give the name of the manufacturer for many of the items on our website. If your organization requires knowing who is the actual manufacturer, it is YOUR responsibility to see if this information will be made available BEFORE your organization places an order. Returns based on this issue will have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the total credit given. There will be no credit given for return shipping charges or any potential damages.
