13mm Full Tear Off Vial Seals
For use on serum vials that have a 7mm hole opening and 13mm outer rim diameter (7x13mm). This is normally found on smaller vials like a 2mL or 3mL. For use when the vial contents are to be completely poured out after removal of the aluminum seal and stopper. Not for syringe use.
